A journal, a way through cravings, and stacking
- An evening journal: two lines guided by prompts, a mood, and a "Tomorrow, I…" intention that comes back the next day — read back in a calm timeline, from a new Journal tab.
- One note per habit, per day — from the habit card or the journal. It can be switched off per habit; your notes are kept.
- "Craving?" on a habit you're quitting: a ten-minute countdown, ten guided breaths and your reason to quit. Every urge you resist is counted — never the slips.
- Habit stacking: anchor a new habit on one you've already made automatic ("after my shower, ten minutes of reading") — and the moment you check the first, a calm card offers the next.
- Drag and drop: long-press a card to lift it, move it, drop it. The old reorder screen is gone.
- Arabic joins, with a right-to-left layout.
- Fixes: a record now bridges pauses the way a streak does, someone with only quit habits opens on the Quit tab, and the cards fit narrow screens.
